The invention provides a preparation method of anodic-electrodeposition chitosan gel on the basis of coordination action. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the steps of: generating metal ions capable of forming the coordination action by utilizing electro-chemical reaction generated by an anodic conductive metal material in the electrodeposition process, and then generating the coordination action with chitosan so as to form the chitosan gel on the anode by electrodeposition. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the operation is simple, the time and space controllability and selectivity as well as the repeatability are good, and the green and environmental-friendly effects are achieved; the instrument and the equipment are simple, the cost is low, the prepared hydrogel material has no bubbles, and the appearance is flat and smooth and the like; and the anodic-electrodeposition chitosan gel has very wide application in the fields of surface modification of biological sensors, biological chips and biological metal materials, surface patterning of metal materials, anodic electrodeposition and assembly of biological small-molecular substances and nano materials and the like.
