New structure for cardiac patch

A composition comprising: a) a biocompatible and biodegradable structure comprising synthetic and natural polymers, in which the synthetic polymer is selected from polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, lactone, sebacate polyglycerol and combinations thereof, and wherein the natural polymer is selected from chitosan, sodium alginate and cellulose; b) a hydrogel comprising peptide self-assembly, wherein the self-assembling peptides are selected FEFEFKFK, VEVEVKVK, PGSPFEFEFKFK IGF-FEFEFKFK and combinations thereof; c) a support comprising polyurethane.
