The application effect of clinical nursing pathway in colposcopy examination of cervical lesions

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in colposcopy cervical lesion examination. Methods A total of 180 cases of patients with cervical lesions examined by colposcopy from June 2016 to August 2016 in this hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 90 cases of each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.Clinical nursing pathway was adopted in the observation group.The health knowledge, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in knowledge of cervical diseases and related knowledge during examination.The incidence of vaginal bleeding, fainting and blackout precursor was lower than that of the control group, and the degree of anxiety was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The clinical nursing path can increase the knowledge of the cervix disease health and the examination of the colposcopy for the patients with colposcopy, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
