Привычное невынашивание аутоиммунного и инфекционно-аутоиммунного генеза эффективность озонотерапии

Three hundred pregnant females with autoimmune miscarriage were examined. As a treatment they have got glucocorticoides, antiagregants and /or anticoagulants, vitamins. For two hundred of them ozone-therapy was done once, between 8-12 gestation weeks. It was found out, that ozone had done positive influence on the level of lipid peroxidation. The same positive effect on level of cytokines (reducing TNF, IL1 in peripheral blood and IL 6 in cervical mucus) was seen. We suppose this method to have the effect of preventing of premature delivery, reducing the cases of complications of pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period, bringing better adaptation to the newborns.
