Design of EZ-USB-based Inspection System for Motor Commutator Jerk Value

In order to solve the problem of motor commutator runout online detection,it designs a portable pulsation volume detection system for motor commutator.This system uses the convenient and fast transmission USB as a communication interface,applies the sensors to collect commutator rotary radial pulsation volume signal,takes 16 bite A/D converter AD976 as digital converter,puts a programmable interface(GPIF) of EZ-USB into use of FIFO controller.This system delivers the signal to the main computer for analysis.
