New nylon shell anticorrosion technology

The invention relates to new nylon shell anticorrosion technology, comprising the following steps: coating a fluorocarbon anticorrosion primer inside and outside a nylon shell; and coating chloroethylene anticorrosion paint outside the nylon shell. The chloroethylene anticorrosion paint has favorable adhesion characteristic on the surfaces of various materials, thus achieving the favorable adhesion characteristic of the chloroethylene anticorrosion paint; the interior of the nylon shell can withdraw high temperature and acid and alkali corrosion, and the outside of the nylon shell can withdraw corrosion of strong acid and alkali and keep favorable bright color and cleanness. The new nylon shell anticorrosion technology has the advantages of simple method, low cost and high anticorrosion effect, and is suitable for anticorrosion of shells of instruments and devices used in high-temperature and high-corrosion environments.
