Heat transfer and combustion enhanced gas stove

2009
The invention relates to a heat transfer and combustion enhanced gas stove. A profile interlayer chamber is added between the hearth and the bottom surface of a pot of a traditional gas stove. A combustor is arranged at the lower part of the profile interlayer chamber. An annular smoke chamber and an air heater are arranged at the upper part of the profile interlayer chamber. The profile interlayer chamber, the combustor, the annular smoke chamber and the air heater are fully called as a profile hearth. A specially designed and manufactured centrifugal fan feeds air into the interlayer chamber. Hot air flows out, enters the combustor and is mixed with fuel gas for combustion. After sequentially passing through a narrow passage formed by the internal side surface of the profile hearth and the bottom surface of the pot and the annular smoke chamber, a high-temperature gas flows into a chimney. The combustor is formed by a cyclone blade lattice, a bowl-shaped shell and a conical combustion cylinder. A small hole is arranged in each blade lattice runner. Fuel gas flows out from the hole, is mixed with air combing from the blade lattice and is combusted, so small combustion chambers are formed. A matched regulating valve is a two-hole plug valve, wherein two holes are arranged in the same direction and at the same circumferential angle on two different diameters of a step-shaped valve shaft. The two-hole plug valve is used to supply air and fuel gas according to proportions. Compared with the traditional gas stoves, the gas stove with the profile hearth has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, no health impact and high cleanliness.
