Comparison of the In Vivo and In Vitro Proliferation of Monoblasts, Promonocytes, and the Macrophage Cell Line J774

This report concerns studies on the identification and characterization of monoblasts and promonocytes, and the macrophage cell line J774, and gives data on the in vivo and in vitro proliferative behavior of these cells and the kinetics of monocytes.
