The present invention discloses a recognition method based on asteroid rail angle measurement data, comprising: calculating a rate of change, i.e., angle measurement data calculated rate of change with time; angular velocity calculation; screening angular velocity, the angular velocity of the arc current observer with a given threshold comparison, and determined that the piece of data belonging asteroids, artificial earth satellite or pending; association determination, orbital elements using artificial earth satellites cataloged observation prediction, comparing the epoch of observation of theoretical and measured values, if sufficiently small error is determined to belong to the artificial earth satellite, or the arc belongs asteroids. The method of the present invention is simple, applicable to a number of research areas related to astronomical observations, applicable to the rapid identification of near-Earth asteroids for valuable early warning and emergency response time of follow-up.
