The invention provides a novel vehicle hybrid-power driving device. The novel vehicle hybrid-power driving device comprises an engine, a first motor, a first shaft, a synchronizer coupling mechanism, a second motor, a planet row mechanism and a second shaft; the first motor is an engine starting and power generating integrated machine, the synchronizer coupling mechanism comprises a fixed joining gear ring, a sliding key hub, a coupling and a second motor rotor joining gear ring, the rotor shaft of the second motor is a hollow shaft, and the first shaft penetrates through the rotor shaft of the second motor; the planet row mechanism is a single planet row structure and comprises a sun gear, a planet gear and a gear ring, all of which are orderly engaged with one another from inside to outside, and also a planet carrier for supporting the planet gear. Four working modes of pure electric driving, hybrid-power driving, independent engine driving and regenerative braking by virtue of one planet row mechanism in combination with the synchronizer coupling mechanism, and therefore, the energy consumption can be effectively reduced; besides, the novel vehicle hybrid-power driving device is simple in structure and low in cost.
