Nonpositive Hopfield Neural Network with Self-Feedback and its Application to Maximum Clique Problems

In this paper, we propose a nonpositive Hopfield neural network (NHNN) with self-feedback for maximum clique problem. By introducing a negative self-feedback to the NHNN, the NHNN can escape from local minima and therefore get better solutions. A number of instances have been simulated to verify the proposed algorithm.
