With the objective of interacting with a population and developing activities that want people’sattention for health promotion, as students of the Nutrition course, they have prepared weeklyleaflets of healthy resources for distribution at the Solidarity Fair of UFU. These recipes arealso important for a greater knowledge of the population, since they use conventional foodsand are not conventional, which are those that are not so well known by the population. Theparticipants of the Solidarity Fair of UFU started to receive the leaflets as revenue and receiptof an acquisition of unconventional foods.
