The invention relates to a filling and supporting synchronized fully-mechanized mining method for preventing abnormal roof weighting. Abnormal strata behaviors such as pillar blast and cylinder deformation occur successively to mines in China. Therefore, a reinforced hydraulic support is mounted in the middle of a working face; a high-speed powered gangue conveyor is mounted on a projecting part of the reinforced hydraulic support; while a coal cutter is started, the high-speed powered gangue conveyor is started to throw gangues to a rear middle gob of the working face; a long dam shaped gangue support pier extending in trend is formed in the middle gob; when a roof of the gob settles, the long dam shaped gangue support pier is pressed by the middle of the roof. The method has the advantages that the long dam shaped gangue support pier perpendicular to the working face is formed in the gob, the settled roof presses on the long damp shaped gangue support pier, burden of the middle hydraulic support is relieved, physical safety of mine equipment and miners is guaranteed, downhole gangues are utilized effectively and turned into wealth, and the method is widely applied to various full mechanization coal mines.
