This function, together with the stability criterion ∂ 2 G M /∂x i 2 >0, leads to the interpretation of each part of the curve G M =f(x i ) in the case of a partially miscible binary mixture L'introduction d'une fonction: Γ i =x i (∂γ i /∂x i )+γ i s'avere tres utile dans l'etude thermodynamique de la stabilite des melanges liquides binaires. Cette fonction, couplee au critere de stabilite ∂ 2 G M /∂x i 2 >0, permet d'expliciter en detail chaque partie de la courbe representative de G M =f(x i ) dans le cas d'un melange binaire partiellement miscible.
