Fretting wear gear mirror polishing system

2010
The invention relates to a fretting wear gear mirror polishing system, which comprises a chassis, a motor, a rotating shaft, a work box and an electromagnetic vibrator, wherein a shell of the motor is fixedly arranged on the chassis; a motor rotor is transmitted and coordinated with the rotating shaft; the electromagnetic vibrator comprises a base and an iron core coil arranged in the base; a base plate of the work box is made of ferro magnetic materials at least; the work box is positioned above the base; a pressure spring and a tension spring are arranged the space between the base and the base plate of the work box; the base plate of the work box and the iron core coil have a distance by using the pressure and the tension spring; the rotating shaft extends into the work box and are sealed and coordinated with the shell of the work box; the rotating shaft is positioned on the shaft segment in the work box and is fixedly connected with a workpieces in the circumferential direction; and the work box is filled with polishing media. Small-amplitude and high-frequency isotropy formed between the polishing media and the workpieces surface is used for relative motion so as to generate the slight wear on the workpieces surface and polish microcosmic roughness on the workpieces.
