Steel structure fluorocarbon paint coating process

2015
The invention discloses a steel structure fluorocarbon paint coating process. The steel structure fluorocarbon paint coating process comprises the following steps: polishing the surface of a steel structure by using an elastic steel wire wheel to remove rust; spraying two layers of epoxy zinc rich primer and two layers of epoxy mio barrior paint by using an airless sprayer within 100 minutes after rust removal, wherein the thickness of each layer of epoxy zinc rich primer is 50 micrometers, the thickness of each layer of epoxy mio barrior paint is 60 micrometers, and the spraying interval is 2-3 hours; spraying two layers of polyurethane finish within 2 hours after spraying is finished, wherein the thickness of each layer of polyurethane finish is 30 micrometers, and the spraying interval of the two layers of polyurethane finish is 7 hours; and spraying one layer of fluorocarbon coating varnish within 2 hours after spraying is finished, wherein the thickness of the layer of fluorocarbon coating varnish is 15 micrometers. According to the steel structure fluorocarbon paint coating process, the two layers of epoxy mio barrior paint are sprayed between the primer and the finish, so that the anti-corrosion effect is achieved, and closure of a coating is improved. By the steel structure fluorocarbon paint coating process, adhesive force, compactness, stability and weather fastness of an anti-corrosion layer of the surface of the steel structure can be improved remarkably.
