Phase power unit based on asymmetric IGCT and H bridge chain link structure

The invention provides a phase power unit based on an asymmetric IGCT. An anode of a first asymmetric IGCT is connected to a cathode of a first fly-wheel diode. A connection point is connected to a direct-current positive port of the phase power unit. A cathode of the first asymmetric IGCT is connected to an anode of the first fly-wheel diode. An anode of a second asymmetric IGCT is connected to a cathode of a second fly-wheel diode. A cathode of the second asymmetric IGCT is connected to an anode of the second fly-wheel diode. A connection point is connected to a direct-current negative port of the phase power unit. A connection point of the cathode of the first asymmetric IGCT and the anode of the first fly-wheel diode and a connection point of the anode of the second asymmetric IGCT and the cathode of the second fly-wheel diode are connected to an alternating current port of the phase power unit. Correspondingly, the invention also provides an H bridge chain link structure including the phase power unit. A power loop of the phase power unit and the H bridge chain link structure is smooth and a structure layout is compact.
