Emendation of the Annotations of "bu shi dao ci" Bamboo Slips from Chu Tomb No.1 at Tianxingguan

"bu shi dao ci" bamboo slips were unearthed from Chu tomb No.1 at Tianxingguan,Jiangling(today Jinzhou)in 1978,which were briefly introduced on the report of excavation.Mingqin Wang firstly did the annotations and textual research of the inscriptions on these bamboo slips on the appendix of his master's thesis.Xiquan Huang recorded the photos of three bamboo slips and their annotations.There were some characters from Chu bamboo slips at Tianxingguan recorded by Rensheng Teng's Collection of the Characters from Chu bamboo slips and silk manuscripts,by linyi He's Dictionary of Ancient Chinese Characters in Warring State Period—— Phonetics of Characters in Warring State Period and by shoukui Li's Collection of Chu Characters.Four original sized photos of bamboo slips about divination with stalks of plants at Tianxingguan were attached at the end of Collection of the Characters from Chu bamboo slips and silk manuscripts.When Ling Li composed Study on Collection of the Characters from Chu bamboo slips and silk manuscripts,he modified the book.Changgui Yan published To Proofread the Annotations of "bu shi ji ci" bamboo slips at Tianxingguan and compiled 225 entries about "tian bu" from Collection of the Characters from Chu bamboo slips and silk manuscripts.Although the annotations of "bu shi dao ci " bamboo slips at Tianxingguan mentioned above has its strong points respectively,each of them has its insufficiencies.Taken their strong points and improved their insufficiencies,once more,the author of this paper emendated the annotations of "bu shi dao ci" bamboo slips at Tianxingguan,while referencing related treatises.
