Microwave Assisted Highly Synthesis of PAMAM and Its Strong Fluorescence Character

A new method to synthesis PAMAM with microwave assisted was introduced .The synthesis time is turned from 24 h to few minutes,the fluorescence of the PAMAM is studied and find that it has some linearity rule.The application with drug is studied at the simultaneity.
