The invention relates to an energy-accumulating lithium bromide air conditioner using the waste heat of the tail gas of an engine and a generator unit of the lithium bromide air conditioner. An evaporation section of a low-temperature-level heat pipe of the generator unit is arranged in an exhaust pipe of the engine; a condensation section of the low-temperature-level heat pipe is arranged in a low pressure generator; the evaporation section of a high-temperature-level heat pipe is arranged in the exhaust pipe of the engine and positioned in front of the evaporation section of the low-temperature-level heat pipe; a heating condensation section of the high-temperature-level heat pipe is arranged in a high pressure generator; an energy-accumulating condensation section of the high-temperature-level heat pipe is arranged in a phase-change energy accumulator; the phase-change energy accumulator comprises a shell, in which the energy-accumulating condensation section of the high-temperature-level heat pipe is accommodated, of a phase-change heat-insulating material; compensation heat pipes are arranged in the phase-change energy accumulator and the high pressure generator; the evaporation sections of the compensation heat pipes are arranged in the phase-change heat-insulating material of the phase-change energy accumulator; the condensation sections of the compensation heat pipes are arranged in the high pressure generator; and radiating devices which are arranged in series between a steam outlet of the high pressure generator and a steam inlet of a condenser are arranged in the low pressure generator.
