CONSTITUTION: A composition for modulating fission or differentiation of stem cell comprises family with sequence similarity 19, member A5 (FAM19A5) or its inhibitor as a modulator of fission and differentiation. The stem cell is embryo bud neural stem cell or adult neural stem cell.
