The invention discloses an electromagnetic pilot head of a medical blood gas circulation instrument. The electromagnetic pilot head comprises a base, an end cover and a pilot assembly. An inner sleeve and a piston are arranged in a valve cavity of the base. A piston rod is fixedly connected to the piston. A conical flaring is formed in the end, close to the piston rod, of the inner sleeve. The piston rod is provided with a circular platform face corresponding to the conical flaring. The pilot assembly comprises a pilot base, a magnetism isolation pipe, a fixed iron core and a main movable iron core. A pilot cavity is formed among the base, the pilot base, the magnetism isolation pipe and the fixed iron core. An auxiliary movable iron core is movably arranged in the main movable iron core. A bypass hole communicating with the pilot cavity is formed in the side wall of the bottom of the main movable iron core. An auxiliary movable iron core sealing pad in sealing fit with the bypass hole is arranged at the bottom of the auxiliary movable iron core. The magnetism isolation pipe is sleeved with a main coil assembly and an auxiliary coil assembly. The electromagnetic pilot head is simple and reasonable in structure and convenient to operate, the output flow of medical fluid can be conveniently controlled and adjusted, functions are diverse, and the actual using requirement can be effectively met.
