Comments on the new contents in performance provisions for certification of transport aircraft

This paper introduces the revision of performance part in "flight test guide for transport aircraft certification" of the 25-7 consultation notification issued on april 9,1986 by transportation department of FAA. This paper introduces the new contents of part of the provisions. On the basis, the problems which might be met in the execution of new provisions of certification performance flight test of transportation aircraft are discussed, and the preliminary proposals for solving these problems are provided.
