The present invention relates to a method for differentiating human dental-derived induced pluripotent stem cells into dental epithelial stem cells, dental epithelial stem cells differentiated by the method, and a use thereof. The method for differentiating into dental epithelial stem cells, according to the present invention, uses patient-specific induced pluripotent stem cells that may be established from the somatic cells of a patient requiring tooth regeneration, and thus an autologous cell therapy system may be established, and a stable human-derived dental epithelial stem cell supply may be provided, and thus the present invention is expected to be usefully employed in the field of dental regenerative medicine.
