Структура основных популяций лимфоцитов у больных атопической бронхиальной астмой разной степени тяжести

The article presents the clinical and functional characteristics and features of cellular and humoral immunity in patients with mild and severe forms of atopic asthma. Mild form of disease characterized by a relatively normal maintenance of cytotoxic cells (CD8 T cells and NK cells), T-helper cells and B-lymphocytes. The concentration of IgE, A, M and G in the group did not differ from the norm. Reduction of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes and NK cells and increase of CD4 T lymphocytes and antibodies of all classes was found for a severe asthma.
