Influenza vaccine: enhancement of immune response by application of carboxy-vinylpolymer.

Abstract We evaluated the possibility of application of carboxy vinylpolymer (CVP) to influenza vaccine for the improvement of immune response. Our result shows that CVP induces good immune responses after inoculation of vaccines to mice both subcutaneously, intraperitoneally, and intranasally. Considering the efficacy and safety, intranasal administration of the CVP-coupled vaccine may be the best route of immunization.
