Деструкция хитозановых пленок под действием неспецифических ферментов

The special features of the fermentative destruction of chitosan films obtained from the solutions in acetic acid have been examined under the action of unspecific ferments collagenase and lirase. It has been found that the variation of the concentration of the acid in the stock solution affects the structure of chitosan in formed films and the degree of degradation of tape models.
