Enantioselective Organocatalytic Phospha-Michael Reaction of α,β-Unsaturated Ketones.

The title reaction offers a new and easy method for the direct preparation of chiral phosphine oxide derivatives from pentavalent diaryl phosphine oxides and unsaturated aldehydes in the presence of a simple chiral pyrrolidine derivative as catalyst.
