Objective To investigate the clinical, laboratory and imaging characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia (COVID-19), Methods A total of 120 cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection were collected and analyzed in general situation, main clinical manifestations, prognosis, laboratory results and imaging findings Results Most cases of COVID-19 occurred in the middle-aged and elderly, and there was no significant difference between genders The treatment time was (14 ± 5) days, the mortality was 7 5%, and the cure rate was 33 3%, The severe cases were more often in males, and the dead cases were with older age (median age 61 5years), The main clinical symptoms were fever (75%), cough (52 5%), shortness of breath (14%), expectoration (7 5%) and weakness (7 5%), The laboratory results showed that the normal white blood cells, the reduced absolute value of lymphocyte, disappeared eosinophil granulocyte, and increased monocytes and high sensitive CRP increased were presented Conclusion COVID-19 is a highly infectious disease, but its cure rate is high and mortality is low It is a preventable and treatable disease
