An acoustic device attaching to an outdoor leisure umbrella comprises a sound player, a signal projector and a signal receiver. The leisure umbrella is provided with the sound player and the signal projector which communicates with the sound player, wherein, the signal projector transforms an input sound signal into a wireless sending signal. The umbrella is provided with a holding space in which the signal receiver which receives the wireless sending signal transmitted by the signal projector and demodulates the sound signal into the sound signal is arranged. At least a speaker is provided and the speaker communicates with the signal receiver. The umbrella is also provided with a power switch which communicates with the signal receiver which controls the power switch and the speaker group. The utility model adopts the wireless transmission way, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the situation that the peripheral wires are complicated and the sound come out from the speaker is concentrated on the upside of the umbrella cloth; no influence can be made on others.
