High-speed electromagnetic valve

The invention provides a high-speed electromagnetic valve. A core pipe is arranged on the inner side of a framework. A magnetism-conduction ring is installed between the framework and the core pipe. A movable magnetic core is arranged in the center of the core pipe. A ball sleeve is arranged between the movable magnetic core and the inner wall of the core pipe and provided with steel balls making contact with the inner wall of the core pipe. A static magnetic core is arranged at the front end of the movable magnetic core. One end of a valve rod is connected with the movable magnetic core, and the other end of the valve rod penetrates through the static magnetic core to be connected with the tail end of a valve core. The top end of the valve core abuts against a spring. The spring is installed on a spring positioning seat, and the spring positioning seat is installed on a threaded baffle arranged at the top end of a valve body. The magnetic field intensity of the electromagnetic valve is improved, and therefore the response speed is improved. The steel balls make contact with the core pipe, so that the contact area is greatly reduced, friction force is reduced, and the response speed of the electromagnetic valve is improved. The valve core and the valve body are in sliding fit, leakage is reduced, the sealing performance is good, stability is good, and the high-speed electromagnetic valve is quite suitable for being widely applied and popularized in various automobiles, especially a control system of an automobile engine.
