The invention relates to a method and a device for positioning in a three-dimensional space by reverberation. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a three-dimensional space framework encircling a sound source point and a sound receiver; acquiring barycentric coordinates of the three-dimensional space framework; using the barycentric coordinates as original points to establish an X-Y axis coordinate system; determining a vector from the sound receiver to the barycentric coordinates and orientation angles among the sound receiver and the barycentric coordinates based on the established X-Y axis coordinate system; calculating based on the vector from the sound receiver to the barycentric coordinates and the orientation angles among the sound receiver and the barycentric coordinates for obtaining a reverberation intensity, and using the reverberation intensity as a control parameter. In the method for positioning in the three-dimensional space by the reverberation, a real-time reverberation effect is obtained by constructing the three-dimensional space framework encircling the sound source point and the sound receiver, using the barycentric coordinates of the three-dimensional space framework as original points to establish the X-Y coordinate system, and determining orientations of the sound receiver in the three-dimensional space in real time based on the position of the sound receiver in the three-dimensional space. Accordingly, the precision of the simulation is increased.
