The invention discloses a gaseous state separation device for controlling quality of regenerated base oil by using waste heat of exhaust smoke of a heating furnace. An annular shell formed interlayer flue and a heat insulation layer are sequentially arranged outside a tank body of a vertical sedimentation tank; grid spoiler groups are arranged in the sedimentation tank in uniform distribution; a cut fraction inlet arranged at a tank wall of the lower part of the sedimentation tank is connected with a thin film generator; the top of the tank wall of the sedimentation tank is provided with a cut fraction outlet and a flume outlet; an exhaust port of a waste oil heating boiler is connected with an inlet of the interlayer flue at the bottom of the sedimentation tank by virtue of a main flue; a forked secondary flue is arranged on the main flue; a linkage butterfly valve device driven by a motor on each of the main and secondary flues is provided with a butterfly valve, respectively; and a thermocouple is arranged at the inlet of the interlayer flue at the bottom of the sedimentation tank and the flume outlet at the top of the tank body of the sedimentation tank, respectively. The gaseous state separation device disclosed by the invention is reasonable in structure, can obviously improve the quality of the regenerated base oil of waste lubricating oil, is safe and reliable in performance, can ensure constancy of the temperature of cut fractions, and meanwhile improves the energy utilization ratio of the entire device.
