모달중첩법을 이용한 에어컴프레서 브라켓의 피로 수명 예측

This paper presents fatigue analysis using modal superposition method in order to predict fatigue life of an air compressor bracket with an enforced motion. Although a conventional static load fatigue analysis ignores the load characteristics transferred to a driven vehicle by the road surface, proposed fatigue analysis method can consider the effects that these load characteristics have on the bracket. In order to improve durability performance of the bracket, road surface data need to be analyzed so that bracket's natural frequency avoids resonance of the road surface data. To make this possible, equivalence spring characteristics need to be defined.
