The invention relates to an elastic aqueous fluorocarbon paint for external walls, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:32-48% of fluorocarbon emulsion, 8-16% of elastic emulsion, 25-35% of pigment and filler, 7-14% of fluororubber for paint, 0.2-0.8% of wetting dispersant, 0.2-0.6% of defoaming agent, 1.2-3.6% of anti-freeze agent, 6.3-9.5% of film-forming auxiliary, 0.2-1.0% of pH regulator, 0.3-1.0% of bactericide, 0.1-5.0% of thickening agent and balance of de-ionized water. The invention can enduringly maintain the crack resistance of the fluorocarbon paint in the decorated building, and perform the elastic function of the aqueous fluorocarbon paint for the external walls. The elastic aqueous fluorocarbon paint can be used for maintaining walls with fine cracks.
