Application of Dual Frequency GPS and Postprocessed Kinematic Technology in Hydrography

This paper describes NovAtel OEM4 dual frequency GPS and the operational principle of Postprocessed Kinematic(PPK) technique used here.It presents the device composition,operational principle,survey method,data processing,performance specification and so on of the coast hydrographic system.The conditions,methods and requirements for setting up a PPK reference station are put out and discussed through the test and real work.
