Stable-Isotope Labeling Techniques Used for Mass Spectrometry

This review focuses on the recent development of stable isotope labeling techniques on labeling strategy and application in recent years according to the functional groups of isotope labeling. In addition to the traditional, commercial isotope labeling techniques, some latest reported specific and non-specific labeling strategies for thiol, amino and carboxyl groups are summarized. The developing trends and application prospects are also given.
