The invention discloses a resource utilization method of fly ash magnetic beads, and belongs to the field of resource recycling and environmental protection. The method is characterized in that through step-by-step magnetic separation classification, the fly ash magnetic beads are divided into weak magnetic beads, middle magnetic beads and strong magnetic beads; the strong magnetic beads can serve as water treatment magnetic species and heavy media of dense medium coal separation to be directly applied; pretreatment and alkali treatment are carried out on the middle magnetic beads and the weak magnetic beads to obtain middle magnetic porous ceramics and weak magnetic porous ceramics respectively; and after alkali treatment, a mixed solution of aluminum salt and silicon salt can be used as a raw material for extracting aluminum. The method can achieve resource utilization of refining and high value adding of the fly ash magnetic beads, and the method is simple in process, and suitable for industrialized production. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the method consumes fly ash waste, the higher ecological environment benefits can be generated.
