A static induction transistor with insulator cover-gate and with triode-like I-V characteristics

Abstract In this paper we report on studies on the fabrication technologies of a SIT with insulator cover-gate and with triode-like I-V characteristics. Further we have studied systematically the mutual relationships among the electrical parameters.
