The invention discloses an information integration and data processing method aiming at unexpected events, which is carried out according to the following steps of: (1) constructing a data integration middleware by adopting a data integration technology, and establishing an unstructured data processing and applying mode; (2) packaging relevant models and relevant methods of unexpected events intocomponents by adopting a component technology to form a business application component library; (3) packaging all the components into standardized Web service components, and constructing a Web service registration issue center based on JUDDI; (4) describing events, the topics and application logics as well as relevant information in a component business application process with respect to the topics by adopting an event driving way; and (5) constructing an unexpected event emergency decision discussion environment comprehensively integrated on the basis of the components, knowledge graphs, the topics and visual tools by adopting a network technology, a middleware technology or a hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering based on an SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and a J2EE (Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition) platform technical framework. With the method provided by the invention, the scientificity for emergency decision is remarkably improved.
