Research and Implementation of a Document Security Anti-Leakage System

In order to adapt the development of science and technology and improve the efficiency of information processing, there is a need for enterprises to transform traditional paper documents into electronic documents. However, such a transformation leads to a security risk of managing electric documents. This paper describes a document security anti-leakage system from the aspects of requirement analysis, design principles, system architecture and main functions in detail. Successful application of the system to Huangshan Power Supply Company shows that the system will play an important role in the construction of enterprise informatization.
