Computation and Application of Nonharmonic Constants of Tide

The nonharmonic constants of tide are important to harbour engineering,shipment and military affairs.The automatic computation of nonharmonic constants of tide is carried out based on the theories in this paper.It is more efficient than manual calculation and can be used in hydrographic surveying.
