A design method for high-energy-density sensing electricity taking power source magnetic cores includes the steps: determining target power density lambda of one power source magnetic core, selecting external diameter Do of the power source magnetic core, calculating internal diameter Di of the power source magnetic core and determining the power source magnetic core meeting requirements. According to the design method, the internal diameter Di of the power source magnetic core can be obtained on the condition that the external diameter Do of the power source magnetic core is definite, and the power source magnetic core meeting the requirements is designed by means of combining known element parameters. The design method for the high-energy-density sensing electricity taking power source magnetic cores has the advantage that corresponding power source magnetic core sizes can be given according to different power density requirements, so that the power source magnetic cores capable of meeting special requirements of high-voltage line sensing electricity taking and the like on weight and power density of electricity taking devices can be designed.
