Spectroscopic Investigation of {sup 7}Li and {sup 7}Be nuclei by elastic-transfer reactions

The cluster structure of {sup 7}Li and {sup 7}Be has been investigated by the elastic-transfer {sup 4}He({sup 7}Li,{sup 4}He){sup 7}Li and {sup 3}He({sup 7}Be,{sup 3}He){sup 7}Be reactions, respectively. Angular distribution for the elastic-transfer of {sup 7}Li+{sup 4}He has been measured in Sao Paulo at E{sub CM} = 9.67 MeV. Together with available elastic-transfer angular distributions measured at other energies ranging from E{sub CM} = 2.29 to 32.13 MeV, a global optical model analysis has been performed. The measurement of the elastic-transfer angular distribution at E{sub LAB} = 48.2 MeV for the {sup 7}Be+{sup 3}He system is also described.
