Cost-oriented pricing method of real estate and its limitation

From five aspects the limitation of the pricing method of real estate that aims to cost is discussed.Combined with present decisive factors of price of real estate dynamic pricing theory and method are proposed,which take development cost,utility-attribute suits buyers and market factors in considerations.
