Equations describing the concentration dependence of osmotic and activity coefficients in aqueous solutions of electrolytes are substantiated. Empirical parameters of equations are hydration numbers and numbers association of electrolytes, as well as Debye-Huckel theory coefficients. Equations were applied for description of thermodynamic properties of aqueous solutions of electrolytes. Contribution of electrostatic interaction, hydration and association to nonideality of aqueous solutions of ampicillin and penicillin sodium salts and to excess Gibbs energy is discussed.
