Immunological response of two-component plague vaccine.

2010
To evaluate the immune response of a subunit plague vaccine composed of extracted F1 antigen and recombinant V antigen, mice were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups and were tested in different periods for serum ELISA,ELISPOT,MTT cell proliferation and flow cytometry.ELISA results showed that F1 + rV + Al(OH)3 group could promote humoral immune;ELISPOT and MTT cell proliferation results showed that the number of spleen lymphocytes which secreted IFN-γ after stimulating with F1 and rV antigens were higher in F1 + rV + Al(OH)3 group than in other groups. It's indicated that the two-component plague vaccine could spur significant humoral and cellular immunity in mice, and Al(OH)3 adjuvant could significantly enhance the level of immune response.
