The invention discloses a gas flow and component concentration integrated measuring method and device. Gases or other multi-component gases generated in an IGCC system are inputted into a pipe, sensitive element thermistors are washed, and heat of the thermistor generated from connection with a power supply is taken away. According to the heat balance principle, heat generated from the thermistors is equal to convection heat, the convection heat is related to a temperature, a flow and component concentrations of the fluid, and therefore gas component concentrations and the flow are measured and obtained at the same time. The device employs at least two thermistors as sensitive elements, and comprises no moving parts. The mechanical loss is low, influences of fluid temperature change on flow measurement can be eliminated, and the measurement precision is high.
