Computer control in nuclear physics measurements at the Technical University of Dresden

1982
Abstract The computer-coupled measuring system for nuclear physics experiments is based on CAMAC. The system is controlled by a KRS 4200 or KRS 4201 minicomputer. Microcomputers are added to automate experiments or devices, e.g. the precise measurement of neutron induced fission cross section, determination of angular distributions and spectra of scattered neutrons or control of quadrupole lens of a deuteron generator, which are described.
