Expanded application options for the ZX0.2 gas-insulated substation The ZX0.2 gas-insulated medium-voltage substations provide abundantly multifaceted options for their uses and cover a very broad spectrum of transformer configurations and bay installation patterns. The application range has now been extended up to 36 kV.

Now that the application range has been extended for the ZX0.2 premiered last year, this metalenclosed single-busbar station covers the entire medium-voltage spectrum up to 36 kV with a shortcircuit current of 31.5 kA and load currents for busbar, outgoing feeders and coupling up to 2,500 A. Another new feature is that the pressure can now be relieved not only into the room, but also, with certified IAC qualification, out of the building as well.
